Amazon Prep and Label Service
There is very little information about this in the seller university and google does not help as it gives me articles on 3rd party prep services.
I am new overseas seller but my supplier is US-based. If I purchase from their store, can I have them ship my items directly to Amazon Prep and Label services? How would I know where to send it to?

Amazon will tell you where to send your product(s). At any given time, our inventory could be at 50 different US warehouses.
Search past forum threads about Amazon label service. (like from more than 18 months ago -- when the forums were more active). You'll see that many sellers reported issues with Amazon incorrectly labeling their product. So, you should probably think long and hard about who is going to label your product(s).
Are you purchasing from a supplier that already knows Amazon's policies? Or do you have to teach them? If it's the later, you may want to start with something else -- since you're new too.
