Autoremoval date before due date for compliance documents - does not make sense

This is regarding ASIN: B0CS81T9Y7

Dear Team,

I received an email that says I have to remove my product by 04Dec2024. However, according to Seller Central ('Manage your compliance' page) the due date for my compliance documents is 30Dec2024. So the autoremoval date should be adjusted accordingly.

More importantly, I had the option to extend the autoremoval date by 30 days, which I would like to do. However, the Seller Central interface has changed recently and with these changes, the option of the 30 day extension has disappeared. Also the autoremoval date has disappeared (this might be the reason why I can't extend the autoremoval date, as there is no date shown. But I still get emails saying I have to remove my product).

It also does not show my previous submissions of documents or anything. It looks like my initial submission is pending.

The support I need from you now please:

Could you please make sure that my autoremoval date is extended by 30 days (as I did have this option before the Seller Central interface changed) and I would like to make use of this option. I did have this option before, but now it has disappeared. Please also ensure the autoremoval date is visible in my Seller Central.

Or remove the autoremoveal date as my due date for the compliance documents is 30Dec2024 (according to Seller Central, 'Manage your compliance' page), not 04Dec2024.

Something in your system seems to have gone wrong. If you could please take care of this issue as I have not much time to sort this out, I would very much appreciate it.
