My Appeals keep on getting rejected
My account was suspended because of violation of section 3 and because of a listing that i merged into. I've provided all the necessary documents and have appeals 10 times but keep on getting rejected. My account health is outstanding as well. Can anyone help what to do now? it's really stressing me out.

Reinstating a suspended account is rare. These are my steps to tackle the problem (not resolve the problem. Anything can happen).
These tips are not for everyone.
If you have had your account suspended a second time, there is likely no path back to reactivation.
If you are engaging in illegal activity, there is likely no path back to reactivation (Selling drugs masked as something else on Amazon)
If you are engaging in unethical activity, there is likely no path to reactivation. (Opening multiple accounts)
Step 1 - Be as detailed as possible on your violation. What did you do and what did you include in what you did?
Step 2 - What ASINS were affected by your violation? What order IDs? Active or inactive.
Step 3 - Provide an example of your violation. Can you take a picture of it?
Step 4 - Removal of your entire inventory and the removal order ID to prove it
Step 5 - Removal of the benefits you received from your violation

Its because Amazon is run by AI Bots they dont give a sheep copy an paste till you give up. Main goal is to divert customer purchases toward items Amazon wants sold.

Contact your State Attorney General's office. There are several states building a huge case against Amazon. Treatment of Third Party Sellers is one of the top agenda items. They are pushing for neutral arbitrators regarding reinstatement of accounts. There are a lot of things that will be changing very soon. Amazon has become too big and they are very close to being reigned in. Good luck with your situation.

Section 3 suspensions are usually because of drop shipping. If that is what you did then no appeal will be accepted and your account will never be reinstated
