Hello. My intentions are good with the QR code but I’m getting into gray area. I have a product that I want to also give to homeowners that move into a new home. They will not know where to buy more of the product so I wanted to put a QR code on the FRONT of the packaging where they could scan it and it would take them to my Amazon store to purchase more. I don’t believe that qualifies for attribution and 10% reimbursement but my intentions are for the customer to find the location to purchase more. Currently I plan to sell only on Amazon. I read into TOS but need a little varsity coaching on my first order. THX!

Thanks for reaching out with your questions about using QR Codes. This is a question that comes up from time to time as can be seen in one of my previous responses you can see here. In general there isn't a explicit around QR Codes but I recommend proceeding with extreme caution and reviewing Product Insert Compliance. Based on the description of the content included in the packaging and the link only linking to the Amazon Product Detail page the risk is minimal, but not zero. You will also want to ensure your images don't include any of the packaging as indicated by this policy.
I will not be able to guarantee that the content is compliant with Amazon's policies in full as the Amazon Seller Forums Community Management team doesn't take enforcement actions accounts. However, I'm fairly confident that this is not particularly high risk based on the information provided in your post.
