We're stuck in a loop. Unable to Update Removed Detail Page on Amazon Listing

We're stuck in a loop. The listing was restricted because Amazon claimed the label was only in a foreign language. After we uploaded a clear product label, Amazon requested images showing all four sides of the product packaging. We complied, but then Amazon asked us to 'kindly update images on the detail page.' However, the detail page has been removed by Amazon, so we are unable to upload or modify anything.

Despite explaining this multiple times to Amazon support, we keep receiving the same response: 'Kindly update the detail page with all product images for further review.' Again, we cannot access or edit the detail page because it has been removed by Amazon.

Amazon Support Team, please note: we are unable to make changes to the detail page as it no longer exists. We need clear guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you and have a great weekend.

After several more back-and-forths with Amazon Support, this is the latest update we’ve received.

This is a reminder to let you know that we need more information to resolve your case. If you still need assistance, please respond to this message and provide the details we’ve requested below.

----------------

Dear Amazon Support,

We are unable to access or edit the product detail page because it has been removed by Amazon. As a result, we cannot make the necessary changes or provide the information requested.

Your message states:

"What actions do I need to take?

To reactivate your ASINs, remove the prohibited content indicated below from your product detail page or provide additional evidence of compliance."

Could you please advise how we can proceed in this case, given that the page is no longer accessible?

Hi there @Seller_eIX27SfbKx0f9,

Thanks for your patience. It can take some time before a Amazon Seller Forums Community Management Team member can reply to a thread. I'm glad you were able to solve the issue on your own. In most instances deleting and relisting will allow you to update things like images and you should be able to use the same SKU and ASIN after waiting 24-48 hours. If you are still having issues with this ASIN please let me know here and I'll review further. Thank you for your understanding.
