My account was deactivated for violating the voltage mismatch policy. I've been getting the same emails for months. The listings for these products have been removed by amazon. I always get the same answer for the appeal I write. ‘deleting products does not adequately address the problem’. I have repeatedly explained the situation with all the necessary evidence. We cannot make progress with the Amazon account health team. My ‘non-electrical’ products in the Amazon warehouse are not listed. Is there a way to sell FBA only?
