I have received a product return after 30 days from the customer. I know the product condition is totally damaged and totally obsolete in this condition. Why does Amazon give them a refund to the buyer? This is totally a monopoly at the buyer side. Why is Amazon not taking action against this buyer?

You can raise claim under FBA Damaged Items Policy, with all photos, proofs etc. But this is the truth of selling on Amazon, and your margins must account for a certain % of such cases. Please note these are exceptions and not the norm, so make your profits on the normal purchases to compensate for these return losses.
