safe-T claims denied everytime for last several months for the reason

Our Safe-T claims keep on denied for past several months for the same reason, stating "based on the recent history". how can it be possible. Every time we provide proof of products and the condition of the boxes. but Bots sitting at Amazon send same reply every time even in the lost shipments. Customer's are exploiting this situation and Amazon treating it's sellers like beggars. pathetic service.

We are facing the same scenario over here as well.

Customers are returning damaged products, deferent products or less quantity than order and it is always being denied by Safe-t claims team at amazon.

It seems that you can be granted the first time you receive such a return, but any time after that will be denied stating that we "the seller" is making a pattern that our claims are automatically denied, even after providing all the proofs needed to be granted (pictures & Vedic of the return unpacking).

Amazon team needs to know that we "Sellers" are paying all our dues in terms of commissions, shipping and other costs that we cannot afford losing more on such returns that will be thrown away as total loss.

There has to be some sort of accountability for the buyers so they do not exploit this much and really hurt our business.
