Brand Registry and Transparency Program issue
I found a listing in Amazon USA marketplace that is using a brand name ABC.
This listing is already enrolled into Amazon Brand Registry in USA and also enrolled in Transparency Program.
I own the trademark brand name for ABC in Australia. I found out that this listing ABC is active on Amazon Australia Marketplace that sells under my trademark name ABC, including the trademark categories.
My questions are:
1.Can I become brand owner of the listing by enrolled my trademark brand name with the Amazon Brand Registry in Amazon Australia Marketplace.
If yes, my second question will be the following:
2.I've noticed that this listing with the brand name ABC, which is my registered trademark brand name with the Australian trademark office, require a transparency barcode to sell on it.
Can I still become brand owner if i enrolled in Amazon brand registry?
If yes, my next question is:
3.Once I become brand owner of the listing ABC in Australia Marketplace, am I allowed to unenrolled the transparency barcode program or change it to my new transparency program?
To my understanding, once a product listing is enrolled into Transparency Program, it will be automatically activated in all Amazon Marketplace, is it true?
