AWD Fails to Replenish Inventory – Ongoing Issue
This issue keeps coming back!
For the last three months, AWD fails to replenish inventory for the same ASIN repeatedly. @Topher_Amazon was able to help once, and I was so relieved—but only a few units got through before the problem started again.
I’m really struggling here.
@Topher_Amazon can you escalate this again with your AWD partners for a real, permanent fix? I feel stuck, and I’d truly appreciate any help.

Can you share the relevant details on the replenishment, either replen/shipment IDs, ASINs, case numbers, or anything else? I will indeed involve the AWD team and see what we get back.

As last time, the stranded inventory is in AWD:
ASIN ending with MDM4 (SKU ending with -ANBY)
We'll need it to transfer to FBA inventory to SKU- ending with KA-AN
As for case numbers: the last I've opened is 17123364711
Although I share your last successful solution, they ignored the working solution and suggested that I'll do again
what didnt work numerous times before.
I'm sure you'll fix that. Waiting for your update.

The AWD team has informed us that moving inventory from one SKU to another is not something in their purview and would have to be done via FBA, if anything.
They've advised re: SKU ending in KA-AN is indeed blocked due to stranded inventory and suggest to resolve the issue to please follow the steps below:
Go to your Stranded Inventory page and locate the ASIN(s) associated with the error. If the ASIN appears in the Stranded Inventory page, please address the issue there. Kindly note, this error is specific to the ASIN level. If there is a stranded inventory issue for the same ASIN with a different FNSKU/MSKU, it may also impact the ASIN available at AWD. If you need assistance in fixing stranded inventory they'll have to get in touch with the FBA team.
Once the stranded inventory issue is fixed you will be able to initiate replenishment.

What do you mean: ' address the issue there?
2 months ago we had the exact same problem with the exact Asin and this is what you suggested after discussing it with your awd partners:
"The support team has now completed this process.Initially, 320 units (20 cartons) were assigned to FNSKU ending in DM4. These units have now been transferred to the new FNSKU ending in RQL, which you should now see in your reports".
This is a repeated technical problem, why can't we repeat the succussful solution?

Unfortunately confirming the earlier reply here with further details:
We checked the previous thread and the error associated with that one is different from the current issue. Previously we moved the AWD inventory from FNSKU: (ending in DM4) to (ending in RQL). Here the wishes are to move the FBA inventory from one SKU to another. Unfortunately, AWD team cannot help with that request and the FBA team should be involved in order to fix this via support case.
The SKU: (ending in KA-AN) is showing blocked in AWD inventory because of the stranded inventory issue. Another SKU, (ending in ANBY), which shares the same ASIN (ending DM4) is currently in stranded inventory. Since the error is specific to the ASIN level, if there is a stranded inventory issue for the same ASIN with a different FNSKU/MSKU, it may also impact the ASIN available at AWD. Therefore, the stranded inventory issue for the ASIN will need to be resolved in order to unblock the SKU (ending in KA-AN).
