FBA shippment checked in and not scanned at DXB5

I have sent two shipments to FBA on 27th Oct and one more on 28th Oct. The two parcels sent first showed checked in status on 28th Oct at 21:48 however still not in receiving status till now. The second parcel that was sent day after was checked in 29th and received directly. All of this is inbound for DXB5. Now I don't understand how is it possible to have parcel sent day after cleared immediately and the other two sent first are still pending. Now its affecting the sales as one SKU is already out of stock as it was planned top up. Logged a case and got generic replies and no solution for this. All of these parcels have similar products packaged and labeled correctly so 100% no issues from that side. And no point of contact with DXB5 to see what seems to be the issue. Has anyone faced same or similar and was there any solution for this?

Also, if the issue is still persisting, can you give me the case ID you had with Seller Support?

For one of our shipments, it took 1 week from Checked in to Receiving. So we sent the same SKU next day and it was received same evening and available for Sale. There is no answer or logical reasoning for this. It just happens and we need to make alternate arrangements.
