Who already received that postcard with code?
Hi all,
Please let me know if anyone already received that postcard with the code. Here is the reason why I'm asking.
1st attempt - card supposed to be received on 6/11/23 ... that was Sunday. So we didn't receive any card for sure. Next day 6-12-23 I still was waiting for USPS, UPS, FEDEX, anyone who supposed to bring the card. I received nothing... and in the evening in my seller center it says "invalid verification" and informed me that i have to do second attempt.
I did. The postcard was supposed to arrive on 6/21/23 which was perfect. Then today morning I paid attention that arrival date is changed to 6/19/23... which is National Holiday and none is working.
Now my question is the following - hoe many minutes I have between receiving the card and entring the code? Any Ideas???

First, understand it was NOT a 'postcard'. It came in an envelope so the code and message with instructions was not visible to the public AND it came Priority Mail.
Mine is from an Amazon dot com KYDC Inc address. I'm going to guess that they are sending them out by REGION rather than flooding one location.
RICOH AMERICAS CORPORATION seems to be a common element on all the questions about this so I'm guessing that they are the ones that own the postage account that the PO would have as the reference.
If you are looking for a 'normal' 'postcard' you probably put the real deal in the trash as garbage.

ouch for “invalid verification”…
Make sure- hate to type it- that your address is correct and has the suite or right zip code. Being ocd for amazon account during this process is mandatory.. 😑.
* the window to type the code says “3”.
Our card was sent on a letter white color and sent by priority mail.
Good luck

slightly off-topic, but I signed up for USPS informed delivery....every day, they email a snapshot of letters/packages etc. due to your home that day or soon thereafter...great way to get a heads-up about incoming USPS mail...especially when the mailman misdelivers.
I am not aware of a timer running between the code being delivered and when you input the code, but try to get it done before June 27.
And definitely check all of your mailing addresses at Amazon....there are many places scattered about where your various addresses are stored (FBA returns, automated returns, buisiness mailing address, yadda yadda yadda). It's particularly burdensome when you move. And if there IS a timer running once Amazon knows the envelope was delivered, the first snafu would indicate it was delivered SOMEWHERE.

Pay close attention to what @C_W_Bt says.
when Amazon says something must match they mean EXACTLY!
That means Street is not ST.
Jim is not James.
ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps
And so on………………..
They mean every comma, period, dash, etc. must be EXACTLY THE SAME.
Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'. Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, or, spelling?

I'm right there with you. I waited for literal WEEKS for this "postcard" that never came, kept saying in transit but not delivered. I called customer support and they said oh yeah well we suggest you request a new card. My issue is we are now at 6/15 and I don't have another several few weeks to wait. Plus you only get 3 tries to request. Hoping I receive it soon. Very curious to see how Amazon is going to handle all these accounts that are waiting at no fault of their own to get these cards that don't have them by the 27th?

Requested the postcard a week ago (don't recall the exact day) Was told it would be delivered 6/16. Tracking still shows "In Transit".
Was delivered today, I entered the code, and got a confirmation message on the page. However, Seller Central still showing "In Progress"; hopefully that is just a delay and will clear in a few hours.
Oh, and it came via USPS, Priority Mail; as others stated, in a large envelope; not an actual post-card.

I had one that showed delivered on the 9th but It actually got delivered on the 15th! I entered in code and it worked. Took a few hours for the risk of deactivation to go away. But I still get emails from Amazon that I only have a certain number of days to enter in the code.

Got it. 11 days after they said to wait for it. Came USPS Priority Mail.
Put the number in ... now INFORM jazz is done.
