Detail page removed due to compliance issue
My detail pages were removed due to compliance for supplements. I have a Certificate of Analysis and the product manufacturer’s GMP Certification. Do we still need to have another certification through one of the Amazons testing sites? This adds thousands to the cost of the product for a certification that was already completed. Am I able to just upload our documents for approval?

In order to complete compliance for supplements you will need to take the steps indicated in the Dietary supplements help page.
To comply with our policy for testing verification, follow these steps:
- Go to the Manage Your Compliance dashboard.
- Click Add or appeal compliance next to the product.
- Select Request lab service.
Only some certification verifiers are accepted on Amazon and as such Amazon requires you follow the steps above to complete verification. Thank you for your understanding.
