What is the best way to verify that a product review request was sent by Amazon for an order?
Is there a way to verify that a review request email was sent to a customer by Amazon after using the "Request a Review" button in the order detail? I am getting indications that my customers are not receiving these review request emails from Amazon. Are sellers suppose to be getting verification emails that the review request email was sent to the customer for individual orders? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nope. How are you aware that the buyers, not your customers, aren't getting them? All buyers receive a review request after purchasing, and then you as the seller, have to use the request a review button after product has been delivered (after 30 days). Are you asking buyers if they received these emails?

@Seller_ZdAkrc421R8lPhello and thanks for reaching out on the Seller Forums. To my knowledge, there's no way to verify that the emails have sent--though I've also never heard of issues with the email not sending.
Have you considered reaching out to Seller Support and asking them, including the indications you have that make you think they're not receiving them? I'd recommend that as a next step.
Thanks again, and I hope you have a good weekend.
Best,
