How do I write customer service as a Customer @ Amazon?
I have the Echo/Alexa machine and use it to remind me of appointments. I would make my edits & changes online using a desktop/laptop. Now when I go to the site Alexa is an APP and I have to use it on my cell phone. I don't want to.
How can I contact customer support to let them know I can't use Alexa online or that I'm dissatisfied. I could file a BBB report but want to do it direct w/AMZ.
