Buyer phone number incomplete
my shipping company requires a phone number to be filled for delivery. Without it the delivery cannot happen. I contacted the customer to send me the phone number for delivery but the customer has not answered back. I have already sent reminders about it to the customer 4 times. But still no answer from buyer.
Further i opened Amazon help case for the same issue and informed them everything. Even they have not answered back.
What should i do now. If i cancel the order it will affect my account health and i cannot process the order without full shipping details. I am stuck for no reason.
Any help.

If you are selling large heavy items that require scheduled delivery, you should be using the large heavy template. This gives you access to buyer's real phone.
If this is just a matter of having a phone number in a form in order for the form to be accepted then use the Amazon coded buyer phone number.
