Please do spend a considerable amount collected as fee to enhance and educate the FBA pick up crew of the fact that sellers are an integral part and in a way contribute to their pay and make them understand what will happen if no-one lists for selling in amazon.
We feel ashamed to put our store front in amazon as the pickups never happen as scheduled. We have to deal with his problems of driving in summer, arrogant attitude and moreover cancellations because of no pick up.
There should never be a pick up person assigned and a rating for each.

I do agree with this.
I faced the same issue twice. Once Indropped the package myself at the Amazon facility and the next time they were late to pick up the package by a week.
