Amazon uae account suspension-please help!

Hello everyone,
My UAE account got suspended before due to the violation of section 3. Account Health team approved my POA but they somehow keep rejecting my future supplier invoice and my supplier is a legit big Bosch distributor. Invoice has all info and the format Amazon asks for. They also refuse to tell me why my invoice got rejected. Could somebody help me on this?

same with me also invoice got rejected even though they never contacted the supplier through supplier website or contact. As a new seller i mistakenly listed under a brand. it got authenticity complaint beside that they also asked invoices for 2 more generic asin. I accepted the mistake that i am new and address all issue that never will happen on POA and submitted 2 invoices with that. they said the invoice description not matching title since supplier wrote it in short. then I asked supplier they changed the description on invoices and provided me. I submitted same rejection .After that by the suggestion of health representative even they check and said yes supplier is authentic. since seller performance team rejected twice your invoice you write POA address all issue and accept the mistake then submit. doing it for last 3 days. No result. They are not even contacting the supplier

I can understand your concern regarding your invoices that are not being accepted.

The new invoices only will be accepted if the team has asked you to provide via performance notification.

Please check your complete notification you will have to provide the invoices for the product, and make sure that it shout meet the criteria given below.

Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days for the ASINs listed.
–These documents should reflect your sales volume during the last 365 days.
–Please include contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
–You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.
