Yes, here's a solution: Use an authenticator app to receive OTPs even without a network.
Follow these steps:
Go to Amazon.ae and log in with the same account as your Amazon Seller Central.
Navigate to Settings and change the verification method to an authenticator app.
This should resolve the issue!
