Compliance Requirements is Under Review status for more than a month

My compliance requirement has been in under review status for more than a month. All the necessary documentations have been submitted. I called Seller Support more than 10x and they repeated the same messages or sometimes even asked me to submit additional information that were not even relevant to my product category. I also sent an email to child-safety@ but there has been no response for 10 days already. Is there any other avenue to get the attention of the compliance team? Original case ID is 15129233331.

I have reviewed CASE ID 15129233331 and saw that the last note mentioned from the review team says:

"A Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) for the ASINs you are applying to sell."

Please ensure all the information requested by the team is submitted in accordance to the Product compliance documentation help page AND the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) requirements.

Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the information provided above or you can reach out to Selling Partner Support at any time.

I just wanted to bring this new question up so we don't have to continue looking through 36 replies (so I will be following up with you under this new chain here)

"Hi Cooper. I need another assistance related to my original post please. My products were reactivated after I submitted all the documentation and you contacted the compliance/restricted product team. However, a few minutes ago, they were removed from listing without any notice. I chatted with Seller Support and they said there was no further information and the internal team may contact me. The new case ID is 15703667441. Would you please contact the internal team? I submitted appeals right away with all the required documents for my product category as I had in the past, but I had hoped there was an explanation to this. Thanks so much in advance." - Rucher

I took a look at Case ID is 15703667441 and saw that it has been transferred to another compliance team to review. I would suggest giving the team a couple business days to take a look at your documents as this was just submitted today and the team works cases first in, first out. If you don't hear an update by August 8th, 2024 please let me know and I can escalate it.
