Section 3 Email Notice
Hello everyone,
Recently, I got hit with a section 3 notice for a product I purchased from Target because I do OA. I asked Target Live Chat for an invoice for my order, but it was just an online receipt. I'm curious how I can get around this because Amazon is asking for invoices, and Target does not send legit invoices, which I know of. I submitted all my paperwork, COI, ID, bank statements, etc. It is just lacking on this purchase receipt because the product is from Target. I would appreciate any help on what I should do next. Thank you!

Whoever told you that OA is a thing is a bad person and ruined your ability to sell on Amazon ever. Sorry.

Target doesn't give invoices as they are a retailer, not a wholesaler.
You can't get around it, the only way to get your account unsuspended is to submit an invoice from one of the brand owner's authorized wholesalers, or an authorization letter from the brand owner.
