Featured offer eligible = No, new listing, private label

discussion.Hello here,

I have been selling on amazon for some months now with amazon FBA for my other product, however, recently I listed new item for FBM with 4 variations 2 days back and it shows me featured offer eligible = no, my account health is 100%, there is no pricing error, I am on professional selling plan and everything else checks out. Yet, i am not featured offer eligible. This is affecting my listing as i can't run ads on my listing. And as this is new product, no one would be visiting it hence i cant sale using other options.

I have contacted support millions of times but they all seem to have no vlue and seller support is pretty wonky tbh.

I would really appreciated if any Moderator will help me resolve this issue.

I just wanted to check in with you to see if you still need some assistance with figuring out why some of your listings are no longer eligible to be the featured offer?

If you have a Selling Partner Support case ID, I can begin investigating the issue more thoroughly.

I also have a few help pages about how to improve your chances of being the featured offer and why a listing may become ineligible.
