What's going on with the MIT2 warehouse?

What's going on with the MIT2 warehouse? The package (FBA18H9R0PHY)was signed for on December 1st, and it has been over 10 days now, but it is still in reserved status. Christmas is just around the corner, and the inventory has not been shelved yet. The front desk previously indicated that the available delivery time was after the 15th,December, but it keeps getting postponed. Now it is after 18th December.This is seriously impacting conversion rates. What should be done in this situation?@Bryce_Amazon @SEAmod@Stevie_Amazon@Topher_Amazon

I just took a further look into your shipment FBA18H9R0PHY and see that it is currently in the receiving phase - this is great to see! For more information and best practices on the shipment timeline, I would encourage you to read through this help page.

Now, please note that inventory in the reserved status might be tied to a customer order in the process of being shipped between fulfillment centers, or set aside at a fulfillment center for additional processing. You can read more about reserved inventory right here.

If all of your inventory is not properly received before the shipment is closed, please reach back out to me in this thread so I can then assist further, if needed.

In the meantime, please let me know if you have any additional questions.
