Brand Registry Rejected
Brandy registry rejected our brand registry application due to "failed business certification". I have supplied Brand Registry with the following:
- The serial number to our USPTO trademark
- The USPTO application and screenshot from USPTO Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)
- Amazon Seller Central account is clearly owned by the owner of the trademark depicted on the USPTO website
- IRS EIN letter
- Product Images
My case number is (14166141491). Can someone please take a look at this error so i can sell my products on amazon?
Thank you!

That's odd,,,did you mark somewhere that you have a "special business" as shown below?
Seller certification program
A certification is a seller attribute recognized or awarded by the U.S. federal government or other, standard-defining organizations. These certifications are often valuable to business customers with specific, sourcing needs or requirements.
Seller certifications allow third-party sellers to display one or more of 150+ recognized diversity, ownership, and quality certifications. You can view seller certifications throughout the Amazon Business store.
Note: Amazon is not a certifying body, and does not assist in obtaining certifications. Sellers determine their own eligibility for a certification and are responsible for obtaining the appropriate, supporting documentation.
Seller certification verification
Any diversity, quality, or other certifications made available to you through Amazon Business (for example, a minority-owned business certification) have been provided by third-party sellers, and have not been independently verified by Amazon. Amazon is not responsible for any certifications or supporting information provided by third-party sellers.

Hello @Seller_mJGcNHQStHpMN
My name is Sandy from the community manager team.
I looked into the case provided and noticed that the brand registry team has given the final decision at this time after completing a detailed investigation.
I understand this was not the outcome you wanted, however, at this time please wait until the brand registry team resumes contact with you again to restart your enrollment process. If sellers are eligible, brand registry will reach out within 90 days.
Regards,
Sandy
