Urgent: AWD Shipment Confirmed Without Authorization – Refund Delayed

I encountered a major issue last week while planning to move a large amount of inventory to AWD. I was working with an AWD representative on the process, and we had created a few AWD shipments but never confirmed them. However, the following day, I noticed that one of the shipments (ID: STAR-QRN6RXWAQE4WG) had been confirmed without my authorization, and I was charged $6,540.32.
I immediately contacted Amazon Seller Central Support on the same day, canceled the shipment, and requested a refund. However, it has now been nearly a week, and I have yet to receive the refund. My support ticket (ID: 17416688551) remains open, with the response being that they are still reviewing the case.
I don’t understand why this is taking so long, as this should be a straightforward process. Typically, if a shipment is canceled within 60 days, a refund is issued promptly. This delay is significantly impacting my business.
Does anyone know who I can escalate this to? Despite multiple follow-ups with Seller Central Support, I keep receiving the same response. I would appreciate any guidance on how to expedite this refund.

Just wanted to updated that a refund for STAR-QRN6RXWAQE4WG and charges of $6,540.32 USD has been processed, and can be reviewed on the Seller Central Payments page under Service Fees - Reversal/Inbound Transportation Charge within 72 hours, so it may already be there.
