Has anyone been having issues with UPS from last week, 4/22-4/26?
Around 40% of our packages from the 24th and 25th are not showing any movement. Just a label was created. Multiple box orders have one box delivered and others missing.

we have seen this with some of our FBA inbound shipments for the last couple weeks. No movement and then they get checked in and received before marked delivered.

I had a similar problem with USPS yesterday, the scans were done in person, but, not updating on Amazon, early this morning it seemed to be rectified. Don't know if that was an Amazon or USPS delay.

A friend of mine in NYC has issues with packages not being scanned until they reach the UPS warehouse. In Louisiana I insist that my driver scan the package on pickup to avoid late shipment metric issue.

Just yesterday this happened to us, we are in NY. It took us almost a year of arguing, fighting and finally bribing UPS drivers to scan every single package. On Monday, pick up was done as always with driver scanning every package. However when we checked the tracking next morning ( we have a script running ), 45 out of 210 packages were not showing as picked up.
Finally at 4:10 pm on Tuesday the statuses of all 45 packages changed to accepted at my local UPS location. I went to the local station however nobody admitted anything, shocker, except for the fact that one trailer didn't leave the station until Tuesday.
There goes my SFP eligibility.
Does anyone know any point of contact where I can reach out with a formal complaint? Somehow at the station sups were able to either erase or not upload the scans from drivers scanner. Unfortunately I do not have a sale rep with UPS since I use either Amazons or ShipStations UPS account.

Are these shipments to FBA fulfillment centers, or do you fulfill orders yourself?

Same problem here. I created 6 shipments within April (all shipped with UPS non Amazon partnered carrier), and 4 of them haven't been delivered until today. My shipment statuses all said "in transit" with no further updates either on UPS website.

I had same problem with USPS and I just got on phone and made complaints and demanded refund for books or packages not being scanned because they look to Amazon as Not Delivered. I told USPS at Amazon it counts against you if these packages are NOT scanned, they said they understand and now my packages are getting scanned!!!
Try complaining to USP, it worked for me with USPS.

Our driver has advised that they have been informed/banned from scanning packages at pickup unless its a "special" account whatever that is.

A lot of people have been laid off by UPS ever since the labor union won the raises. So they are super short handed and probably skipping some steps with scanning.
