I shipped easy ship order on time but amazon easy ship service delivered late. For this reason, customer return this item by saying late delivery. Now, amazon charging me for this return. We're paying easy ship charge and easy ship commission to amazon. and amazon charging us for carrier fault. This is not acceptable and unprofessional.
