I'm new on fba and struggling to get profit from my product because of higher cost of ads and after that my balance always remains negative as my average per day sales are 40-50$ and than my all profit goes in advertisement costing please suggest what should i do to get profit or at least product costing.

First check if your listing is really optimized. Perfect text, fantastic pictures, anything following Amazon's style guide (yes, that's important), no ALL CAPS, no icons, no promotional wording.
Then of course, for profit: rise your price and minimize your ads. You cannot loose money on Amazon UNLESS you gave up all hope and want to liquidate your product.
