" Your account is inactive

When I log into my seller account, I get this message.

"Your account is inactive

You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."

I currently have an FBA shipment in distribution, and have been logging in a few times a day to check on this. How could my account be inactive when I'm logging in daily and have an active shipment?

img

I cannot access anything in seller central. When I click continue, I get a promising message that says my account is reactivated, but any time i click on any other pages, I'm directed back to the original "your account is inactive" error message. I click continue, and it loops. So even though my account says its active on one page, I'm immediately told its inactive and cannot access anything.

img

Ive resubmitted my credit card already, luckily I'm able to access that page. This happened last night and has been an issue for about 12 hours now.

I cannot access any support other than public forums and need help urgently!!!

For anyone who may come across this from Google or searching the forums, the issue appears to have resolved itself in about 18 hours from me discovering it.

what’s happening is Amazon tries to treat everyone like you work for them. It’s all about power when they don’t realize this is not my full-time job. I don’t need Amazon.
