FBA Inventory Lost but no records
Dear Amazon Support,
My FBA shipment shows a discrepancy of 48 units. However, my account and support chats show no lost inventory, even though orders were placed against this shipment.
Also, I cannot access the Inventory Reimbursement or Defect Investigation pages. Please escalate this to the FBA Inventory Reconciliation Team and review for possible lost units and reimbursement.
