Amazon brand registration says answered but there's no answer shown, but when I check from the brand applications tab it says pending review. What should I do?

My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team here on forums.
Some sellers will see their case status through their seller central case log and it will show "answered" or "resolved" status before they get any answers from Brand registry. This is because the case may be passed to internal teams within Amazon and it reflects that information.
To check the most accurate status of your application, please check through your Brand Registry home page -> Brand Applications -> Status.
I see that your application is still pending review there.
