Business Reports time zone issue

Hello all,

I been working on my accounts, and I noticed in the Payments Reports Repository, when I compare the generated reports from the Report Repository and Transactions View, the numbers are not the same when I both select the correct date range. I noticed it could be the system timezone issue, because from the Report Repository I generated the csv to check the transactions and compare it to the Transactions View, I found that they have the same transactions order, but the date and time are different. Is there a way to fix? also from the csv transactions, I found some transactions that are missing from the Transactions View, but when I search the order ID, it appears, however it cannot be found from the Transaction View table.

It is quite confusing, so which data/report should I use/trust? Report Repository seems more accurate since Transactions View have missing order ID from the table.

Please advice.

Hello @Seller_1drsiTB5msDwV,

Thank you for your post. I will need to check in with the timing and date issue. I would suggest to use the Payments Reports Repository, a new home for all reports that relate to your payments with Amazon. On this page, you can find and download your reports more easily and do the following:

  • Request a Date Range report for a detailed list of transactions or a summary view of your income, expenses, taxes, and transfers.
  • Add custom tags to reports to find them again later.
  • Schedule a Date Range report to generate automatically on a future date, and modify or cancel scheduled reports.
  • Track the status of a report that you previously requested.
  • The content of your Date Range reports hasn’t changed.

Seems to be the more accurate choice.

Cheers,

Micah
