I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to escalate a pressing issue regarding a payment that has been pending on my Amazon KSA account for an extended period. The payment in question has not been released despite my numerous attempts to resolve the matter.
last 2 mont I have no sale in KSA market,I have chatted with amazon many times and discussed seller forum once before but my UAE payment was released on which I am still selling products but in SA market. Till now the payouts are stuck while they are not even selling any products there I again initially raised this concern on 30th August, and during my conversation with your team, I was assured that the payment would be processed by 1st September. However, it has now been 13 days, and I have yet to receive any payment. I have since reached out to the support team multiple times, but the only response I receive is that my case has been forwarded to a specialist team.
The lack of communication and resolution from Amazon’s side has caused significant disruption to my business operations. As an Amazon seller, timely payments are crucial for maintaining inventory and ensuring a seamless experience for my customers. The delayed payment is hindering my ability to effectively manage my business.
Given the urgency of this matter, I kindly request that Amazon take immediate action to release my payment and provide a clear update on the status of this case. I have attached the relevant case ID (10200692912) and a screenshot for your reference.
