Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create a Price Discount from the Advertising tab.

Everything goes smoothly through:

Step 1: Campaign details

Step 2: Add products

But in Step 3: Set discounts & committed units, I run into issues:

When I enter a discount percentage (%) , it shows “No Reference Price” (screenshot attached – Row 3).

When I try to set the discount in AED, it shows “Minimum Price” (screenshot attached).

I’ve reviewed Amazon’s policy on Reference Prices, but I still can’t figure out what’s wrong. This issue only happens with this specific product — all my other products work fine with price discounts.

Is anyone else facing this issue?

Any suggestions or insights would be highly appreciated.
