The FBA Pickup service is an inbound transportation program that provides domestic sellers with an access to Amazon negotiated inbound shipping rates and a seamless UX where sellers can create and book shipments directly through Seller Central. Sellers can estimate shipping charges, make payments, and track shipments directly from Seller Central.
The FBA Pickup Service (Amazon Partnered Carrier) will be launched in the UAE with Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) and will support small parcels shipments.

Is it already started because I haven't found it during My shipment plan
the shipping carrier option seems to be disabled, preventing us from using this feature while creating the shipment..
We have tried several approaches to resolve this, including refreshing the page, logging out and back in, and clearing browser cache, but the issue persists.
We appreciate assisting us in resolving this matter or providing guidance on how to enable the shipping carrier option so that we can utilize the FBA pickup service for our shipments ....!!!
I have created a shipment but the APC option is not workable.
as of today it is December 13 but the option to select amazon carrier is still disabled which saddens me as my hopes went up but Amazon let me down
The same goes for us, Amazon has disabled the old service without activating the new one...why so much hurry to make the announcements if the backend is not ready?
Can you please activate the old one tile the time you make this work?
I used the service on 08th Dec 2023 and it was picked up on 11th Dec morning but till now (13th Dec) the items are not live :(
Does anyone have the same issue, or did anyone use the new service and get his/her items live and how long did it take? Please advise if any. Thank you and happy selling with a positive profit!
