Vine Customer wants me to send parts of product
I have enrolled in Vine program got most of review good, one of the vine customer left 1 star and review about the manufacturing issue. I know that we are not allowed to contact Vine customer even via Seller Central. What is my option here to resolve the issue, may be by providing replacement Or sending the parts of the product?
Here is the extract of the review comment:
"If the seller has new lids (that are perfect and actually work), then I would be willing to give them a try and would edit my review accordingly."
Looking for guidance to correct the issue that customer is facing in a way that does not violate the amazon's policy.

Here is the way I am looking at your question. Imagine this is not a Vine order, but one that a paying buyer posted. Would you send the parts as noted in the review? I would say yes, but you need to decide for yourself.
