Amazon SCK8 Missing Goods, No Compensation Provided

On March 14, 2025, we shipped a carton to SCK8, containing 10 items. Each item weighs approximately 1.6 kg, and the total weight of the carton is 20 kg. The FEDEX system shows that the carton was delivered to the Amazon warehouse on April 11, 2025.

On May 25, 2025, we initiated an investigation. The customer service representative informed us that only 3 items from the carton were received, and these 3 items were lost and would be compensated for. However, Amazon does not acknowledge the remaining 7 items.

My FEDEX proof of delivery clearly indicates that the carton weighed 20 kg. I can provide all supporting documentation. I’ve been trying to ask Amazon: if you did not receive the shipment, why would you compensate for 3 items? If you did receive the shipment, then considering these 3 items only weigh 6 kg, where did the remaining 14 kg of goods go?

I was checking that this case ID 17759897431 was created before the shipment was closed.

The shipment was closed on May 25, have a requested a reconciliation already ?

Please know that if the shipment is not closed yet, the team in charge won't be able to initiate the investigation, and that's what happen with the case ID provided.
