None of FBA Reports display accurate inventory numbers
None of Amazon FBA reports seem to reflect the accurate inventory data, and I wanted to ask if anything can be done.
As an FBA sellers I am looking for a downloadable (manually or via API) report accurately displaying sellers' FBA product quantities, e.g. quantities Available To Purchase, In Transit, Inbound, In Research (in the warehouse, but not available for customers due to some investigation), Processing (ordered by customers and not available to purchase). Without these numbers it is extremely difficult to make accurate restocking decisions.
1. Report FBA Inventory is missing records for HUNDREDS of ASINs that we have active in Manage All Inventory. For example, today Manage All Inventory shows 2,006 records, while FBA Inventory returns only 1,163. 843 records are missing!
2. Report Restock Inventory does not show items In Transfer, and it displays out_of_stock in the Alert column even though another report shows 5 units being In Transfer.
3. Report Manage FBA Inventory is missing records that are in a some kind of "deep" In Transfer state (11 units from Example below).
4. Manage All Inventory page does not always reflect correct In Transfer quantities.
We have been selling on Amazon for 10 years. In all these years things were becoming more and more difficult for sellers to operate. However, in the past several months finding out how many products we have in Amazon warehouse became a real quest. Restocking had previously been taking 1.5-2 hours, but now it generally takes 6+ hours each time, and requires a lot of guessing as no actual data is available from Amazon.
EXAMPLE:
On September 10th we shipped 11 units of a product (Shipment ID FBA18DK45N4Z), and this product is not shown in any of the available reports, nor there were any sales of this particular shipped quantity during this time (there was 1 unit sold that was left from the previous shipment).
Last week we ordered and shipped to Amazon 5 more units of this product (Shipment ID FBA18JDNZWXM).
* We opened the Case ID 16522882711 about 11 units and were told that "the units were still in transit to another FC and said that it could take several weeks to reflect in the Manage You Inventory page".
* Shipment summary shows the product been received (all 11 units).
* Report FBA Inventory doesn't even have a record for this product!
* Report Restock Report shows 0 units across all columns, and it contains out_of_stock in the Alert column.
* Report Manage FBA Inventory shows 5 units in afn-warehouse-quantity, afn-reserved-quantity, afn-total-quantity, but no data about previously shipped 11 units.
* Manage All Inventory shows 5 units in Reserved/FC Transfer status, but 11 units that supposedly are in transit are nowhere present.
* Amazon.com shows that we have 11 units (maximum quantity that I can add to the Shopping Cart).
As you can see, I checked 6 different places and they ALL display different data.

Tagging Moderators because this forum seems to be the only place where sellers are being heard of and things have a chance to be improved. Thank you for that!
