Amazon's service in the UAE for sellers is simply shocking, as they use 3rd Party contractors and it appears they have no control or understanding of their business operation. As a seller I have used EASY SHOP as a delivery option. However, Amazon's EASY SHOP Team never come to collect the parcel when I made a sale and placed a collection slot. Therefore, my orders get canceled because of the time-lapse because Amazon can't do their job correctly in collecting the parcel. I have complained time and time again, but nothing is ever done. So I lose a sale, and the customer thinks it's my fault for the poor service, creating a bad reputation for my business. To add insult to injury, Amazon then has the nerve to take money from me in the way of a cancellation fee because Amazon has not done their job correctly in the first place. How can that work?
Looking on my account I have now noticed AED 424.74 / $115 has been taken from my account over the months for cancellation fees because Amazon cancelled the orders because their EASY SHIP service did not collect my parcels. When I spoke to the Customer Support department they are telling me their policies and procedures state I can only get a refund on cancellation fees within 30 days of the incident. AGAIN, HOW INSULTING. AMAZON CAN'T DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY IN THE FIRST PLACE, SO I LOSE A SALE, GET A BAD REPUTATION AND THEN YOU CHARGE ME FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE AND SUB-STANDARD SERVICE.
