Seller for over 2 years can't contact Amazon customer service anymore or can't have them contact me.
Recently, I have not been able to have amazon contact me anymore. I will go to the help page and select my issue, I will give a brief description of my issue and hit "submit" but it just keeps loading. It never actually submits my request. I feel like this is the only way to ask for help. Anybody have any ideas? As far as I am aware they don't have a customer service number to call...or even an email?
