How can Etsy customer review products on Amazon

I am new Amazon handmade seller, but I have successfull store on Etsy.
I remember that I read article that my Etsy costumers who bought products from my Esty store can review them as well on Amazon, how they can do that. I can not find step by step guideline.

There are no specific step by step instructions on what you are highlighting. However, provided that the buyer/customer meets the eligibility criteria in our Community Guidelines. Buyers/Customers can review any product on Amazon, regardless of where they purchased that product.
