I am writing regarding the recent deactivation of my Amazon seller account. I understand that as part of the reactivation process, I am required to submit a utility bill displaying my name and address.
I was told by Amazon Health Support that you should submit any documents where your name and address are visible. So, I have already submitted a genuine document where both my name and address are clearly visible. However, I was recently notified that the document was not accepted. I respectfully request that you reconsider my submission, as the document is authentic and accurately reflects my current residence.
Unfortunately, in the area where I reside, obtaining a traditional utility bill is a time-consuming and difficult process. If the previously submitted document cannot be accepted, I kindly ask for some additional time to obtain the necessary paperwork. Once the utility bill becomes available, I will promptly submit it for your review.
I kindly request an extension to submit the utility bill and ask that you consider reactivating my account in the meantime. This will allow me to continue running my business while I work on acquiring the required documentation.

A utility bill is part of the verification process, so no, they will not extend anything. When and if you procure it, then you can submit (name and addresses have to match EXACTLY as to what you used to sign up with.

You can take your time. As soon as you are able to provide a utility bill (mobile phone, fix line, electricity, gaz etc.) in your name with a Notarized Translation Amazon will reconsider to reactivate your account.

You get a utility bill for example from your electricity provider, you go with this bill to an official translation office and you ask them to do a notarized translation. That has nothing to do with a notary or a lawyer.

I appreciate you sharing all this information and the related case ID. I understand that in your physical location it may be difficult to obtain a utility bill but this will be a requirement to complete the verification process. Upon review of the case, I also see the submission of a receipt for a domain or website renewal. This unfortunately will not be accepted or considered valid, as it does not meet our minimum requirements.
A standard utility bill will consist of one of the follow utilities: piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service. These documents themselves also have requirements to ensure they meet our standards to be legible and include all required information. Please review our seller identity verification page for more details on what we consider a valid document in this situation.
Notarized translations are accepted when your documents original language falls outside the supported languages, which can also be seen in the help page I provided above. Please ensure you provide the original document in a supported language, or provide both the original language document, and the notarized translation of the original.
