What's the current status of the case you have with Seller Support please? Is it resolved or still under investigation?

I am facing the same issue recently. I have sent multiple shipments to FBA using ATS; Many of my inventory is lost out of those shipments. FBA team says they haven't received the units and the units were sent to FBA thats 100% sure.
What is wrong with FBA these days?
Who is the right person to get in touch with?
post.the same thing happened to me .. they lost my shipment and closed the shipping status .. I get same answer, wait for action.. under investigation.. whats so hard yo give me a proper answer??? Where is my shipment?
