Help! Food and Product Safety Issues
We've had products incorrectly removed for Food and Product Safety violations. The product does not contain cylindrical lithium-ion batteries. Instead, it uses polymer li-ion cell, which is not prohibited under Amazon’s restricted items list.
We've submitted the relevant safety test reports and documentation, but we get the response stating that "This product causes a safety risk. Therefore, it is prohibited from sale and listing on Amazon. At this time, we will not be reviewing any documents for this product."

At this time the team has determined that these ASINs pose a product causes a safety risk and Amazon is currently not reviewing documents for these products. However we are investigating and will follow up when we have more information. While we can't guarantee that your ASINs will be able to be reinstated, as soon as we have any updates that we can share we will reach out to you here. Thank you for your understanding.
