"FBM Account Deleted – 4 Weeks Without Sales!"
Thank you for taking the time to respond to our call, especially after multiple previous complaints. However, the only response we received via email was a survey about our customer service experience, without addressing our actual issue.
Our Amazon FBM listings are appearing without prices, and as a result, we have had zero sales for the past four weeks. Despite checking the Edit Listing section, everything appears correct—there are no errors or missing fields in red.
I have attached multiple screenshots for reference.
We need an urgent solution. If it requires formatting, resetting the account, or even deleting and re-uploading the listings, we are fully prepared to do so. The most important thing is that our products must be available for sale as soon as possible.
Please prioritize this issue—we cannot continue losing sales. We appreciate your immediate attention and any guidance you can provide.

What is the actual issue, deleted account or pricing no showing?

The prices have been removed from our listings, and when buyers attempt to purchase, no price is displayed. We have filed over 20 complaints, all handled by representatives in India, a country without Amazon. T. I will wait until the end of the month, and if the issue remains unresolved, I will close the account. However, the FBA listings still display prices.
