certifications or compliance requirements (e.g., CE, UL, ESMA) to sell on Amazon UAE

Dear Amazon Seller Support,

I hope you're doing well. I am planning to list a milk frother on the Amazon UAE marketplace, which does not include batteries but requires them for use. The product is a milk frother that operates with AA or AAA batteries (sold separately). I would like to clarify a few things before proceeding with the listing:

Compliance and Certification: Since the product itself does not contain any electrical components and only uses batteries for operation, does this require any specific certifications or compliance requirements (e.g., CE, UL, ESMA) to sell on Amazon UAE? and if it already have CE UL still need UAE certification?

Labeling and Documentation: Are there any special labeling or documentation requirements for products that use batteries but are sold without batteries included? For instance, would I need to include information about battery safety or warnings?

Regulatory Issues: Are there any other local regulations or product requirements I need to be aware of when selling this product in the UAE?

I want to ensure that the product complies with all necessary regulations in the UAE market and avoid any potential issues with listing or selling.

Thank you for your support. I look forward to your guidance.
