Migrating from CedCommerce Shopify? Other Advice?
Porting our shopify products to Amazon via CedCommerce has been kind a nightmare. Despite having GS1 purchased UPC codes and doing the Amazon trademark process, we keep running into errors. I was overwhelmed and my interactions with Amazon help were difficult, so I hired CedCommerce to upload my products. They got some of them done, but we still have a few that haven't been ported over due to errors. I feel like I'm missing something and none of it should be this hard!
I'm not quite sure what to do...I'd love to hire someone who knows how to do this. I've also considered trying a different app (Marketplace Connect?) to post the products that haven't been uploaded. This is with the idea that I can test the app and eventually migrate out of CedCommerce. Should I be worried about having more than 1 app doing similar functionality? Any other advice?

Under the "Ecommerce solution connectors" section, you'll find tools specifically designed for Shopify integration. There are also dedicated "Listing" tools that focus on reducing errors, which might help with those tricky product uploads.
Before trying to run multiple apps at the same time, I'd suggest taking a step back to evaluate your options. Maybe start by making a list of which products are giving you trouble with CedCommerce and why. This could help you pick the right alternative solution and plan a smooth transition.
I know it's tempting to try running multiple integration apps in parallel, but since the help pages don't specifically address how multiple apps might interact, it might be safer to focus on finding one solution that works well for your needs.

In most instances Amazon is not able to help with these integration issues as it uses as 3rd party service, however the information from @Seller_i6S8knzW6zU6Zis correct. In addition if you can figure out what specific errors are blocking you, it may make it easier to work with your 3rd party service to identify what isn't working properly.
