Study seller university.
Scroll down to the bottom of the main seller central page. Find "seller university" under the heading "Learn."
You will have to create a shipment. Seller university will explain how to do so.
The queue will automatically figure out the locations(s) based on where you are, how many cases you have, and other fractures.

You don't decide.
Amazon will tell you after the inbound shipment is created.

After you create the FBA shipment, the FC address will auto generate. Usually the system tries to choose an FC close to your ship from address. I would highly recommend thoroughly reviewing the two links below before sending in product.
