Cons:

Non-Partnered Carrier (including UPS):

Pros:

• Often more cost-effective
• More flexibility in service options
• Ability to negotiate rates
• Can build direct relationships
• Might offer faster routes
• More control over shipping process

Cons:

• More complex documentation required
• Need to manage communication yourself
• Must ensure compliance with Amazon requirements
• Higher risk if something goes wrong
• More responsibility for problem resolution
