Recommendation Freight forwarder

Hi!

Which freight forwarder is better to work with in terms of cost and delivery timeframe—Amazon Partnered Carrier or a non-partnered one?

Does anyone ship with UPS-non partener from China to the USA?

Hello @Seller_91izZmS3K3lXD

Christine here from Amazon Forums.

Let me help you with your concern.

Amazon Partnered Carrier:

Pros:

  • Direct integration with Amazon systems
  • Simplified process
  • Often more reliable tracking
  • Clear communication channels
  • Amazon's support if issues arise
  • Generally easier for new sellers

Cons:

  • Less flexibility
  • May have longer transit times

Non-Partnered Carrier (including UPS):

Pros:

  • Often more cost-effective
  • More flexibility in service options
  • Ability to negotiate rates
  • Can build direct relationships
  • Might offer faster routes
  • More control over shipping process

Cons:

  • More complex documentation required
  • Need to manage communication yourself
  • Must ensure compliance with Amazon requirements
  • Higher risk if something goes wrong
  • More responsibility for problem resolution

Also, I would like to invite other seller to participate and share based on your experience.

Hope you all have a great day!

Christine.
