Brand Registry Pending Status

Hi, I submitted an application for brand registry about a week ago and the status is still pending (CASE 12969293201).

I have received a few emails from Amazon Seller Support stating that they are working with the Brand Registry team to resolve the matter. Could someone please give me an update or let me know why it is still under review.

Brand Registry Pending Status

I have received a few emails from Amazon Seller Support stating that they are working with the Brand Registry team to resolve the matter. Could someone please give me an update or let me know why it is still under review.

Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That 72 hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.

Brand Registration can run up to two weeks or longer depending on their work load.

This is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can assist with your question on how long it takes for Brand Registry Enrollment. Please take a look at the Brand Registry application FAQ help page. The third question, "How long is the application review period?" answer is, "It takes an average of 10 business days to review Brand Registry applications. In some cases, we may need additional information to verify your identity, which can extend the application review period."

Also as @NEVERLASTalluded to, Seller University is a phenomenal resource for an overview on almost everything Amazon. You can check out Seller University and browse specific topics via the search bar or scroll through the various topics on the left pane. Most videos are under 10 minutes and do a great job at providing step by step instructions with visuals.

Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That 72 hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.

Brand Registration can run up to two weeks or longer depending on their work load.
